The property's beachfront access made it feel like our own private oasis, just steps away from the sand. And the free WiFi was a lifesaver when we needed to share envy-inducing beach photos with friends and family back home. Plus, having a patio to relax on after a day of sun and surf was pure bliss.
Parking was a tad tight.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were great. We were able to cook our own meals with the provided kitchen appliances, and there were even board games for family entertainment. The flexible and hassle-free check-in process made our stay even better. The location was ideal, as it was only a short 10-minute walk to the beach and other attractions. The staff was friendly and polite, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Not one thing.

The place had such a cool vibe and the garden was perfect for hanging out and chilling. We were only a short distance away from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium, which was a huge bonus for us sports fanatics. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Can't wait to come back for more awesome adventures!
The only thing we wished for was a banging sound system to pump up the party vibes. We love to dance and have a good time, so having some sick beats playing would have taken our stay to the next level.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Dawlish for Christmas and had a great experience. the room had everything we needed including a kettle, microwave, and air fryer, which were very convenient for cooking during our stay. the location was also perfect, with only a 5-minute walk to the beach and other facilities. We really enjoyed the hassle-free and flexible check-in process, and they even had board games for families to play, which was a nice touch.
The room had a slight musty smell, which was a bit bothersome for me as an asthma sufferer and made my chest feel tight. the room felt a bit cluttered and could use some decluttering to create a more spacious and organized atmosphere.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! It had such a unique and homely feel, and we even had our own privacy despite it being attached to a house. The cleanliness was jaw-dropping, and they had literally thought of everything you could possibly need, from free wi-fi and parking to cots for the little ones. The hosts were super friendly and the location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We can't wait to come back for a cosy winter getaway!

The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the location was convenient, with local facilities and the train station just a short walk away. the shower in the bathroom was warm and powerful, providing a refreshing experience after a long day of work. the large TV with Netflix and Prime offered a great selection of entertainment options for unwinding in the evenings.
The size of the bathroom was a bit cramped, with a small sink that was not suitable for shaving. the lack of storage space in the room made it feel cluttered, and the sofa bed was only suitable for a child due to its thin mattress.

Niente avrebbe potuto andare meglio. Siamo stati davvero contenti della nostra esperienza in questo hotel.

The place was super clean and had all the cool stuff we needed, like a big TV with Netflix and prime. Plus, it had an Xbox for gaming, even though we didn't use it. The hosts were awesome and made us feel welcome. The best part was that it was just a short walk to the beach and other cool attractions. Can't wait to go back!
One thing that would've made our stay even more lit is if there was a pool or a hot tub. That would've been the ultimate party vibe!
